Tvådela House is a lakeside residence that explores the balance between bold form and natural materiality.

Named after the Swedish word for “split,” the design is defined by two intersecting volumes, with the upper level cantilevering at both the front and rear to create a striking yet grounded presence along Okanagan Lake.

The home’s CLT structure is wrapped in a thoughtful combination of stucco and rammed earth, blending durability with warmth while echoing the surrounding landscape. Interior spaces are crafted to promote a seamless connection to nature, featuring expansive views, natural light, and a calm, refined material palette.

Outdoor living areas—including a pool and deck—extend the architecture toward the water, creating spaces for both quiet reflection and gathering. Tvådela House is a study in contrast and harmony, balancing solidity with lightness and modern design with its natural lakeside context.
