Architectural Technologist
Squamish, BC · Full-Time

We’re looking for an Architectural Technologist who takes pride in their work and brings care to the process.

This role sits at the intersection of production and technical thinking. You’ll work across all project phases and have the opportunity to contribute to how we build and improve our studio systems. If you bring both execution and curiosity, there’s a lot of room to make this role your own.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop construction drawings, permit packages, and technical details with accuracy and care
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants across all project phases
• Assist with Construction Administration — submittals, RFIs, change orders, and site instructions
• Contribute to STARK’s Revit templates, families, and drawing standards
• Bring ideas to improve production workflows and BIM processes

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in an architectural or design studio, with a focus on high-end residential design
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite; 3D rendering experience – confident enough to problem-solve and share knowledge
• Working knowledge of the BC Building Code and Step Code
• Experience producing Development Permit and Building Permit packages
• Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to multi-phase project work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills,with your team, with clients, and with the drawings themselve
• A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
